We don’t accept any returns and we don’t have any return policy for perishable items (read clause Exceptions/Non-returnable items) like fruits, vegetables, dairy, poultry, meat & chicken, groceries and other agriculture commodities

We have a 7-day return policy on the packed grocery products in case the package is damaged (read clause Damages and Issue), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will initiate the return within 10 days from when the request is generated and maximum up-to 30 days for complete process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at vikash@briv.tech. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: We urge you to inspect your items at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged goods, defective items, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, plants, agricultural goods), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you want a different product, the quickest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds Process Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The full process can take up to 20 working days depending on your bank or payment provider. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that processing time may vary by bank or card provider.
